Furniture logistics is not parcel logistics.
A piece of furniture can be two metres long, weigh 45–120 kg and arrive as an order of several separate packages. Delivery requires scheduling, special handling and often on-site assistance. Handling damaged or returned furniture is a completely different process from a standard parcel.
